Financial Updates

Summary of Discussion:

-       2010年donation数目不大, 年底接受到$5000左右。

-       2011年还没有统计数据。

Search engine donation

Summary of Discussion:

-       发动校友使用goodsearch.com以获得来自网站的donation。Simple Steps：

1.     Go to www.goodsearch.com

2.     Type “Nanjing University Friendship Foundation” into the charity search bar

3.     Clicks “verify”, NUFF will be added to the charity list. Search or Shop via this website, the website will donate to NUFF automatically.

Issue 3:

南大颁奖典礼代表

Summary of Discussion:

-       尽量找熟悉和直接参与基金会工作的人去。

-       如果没有合适的人选，看一下board有没有人有空参加。

-       如果实在找不到合适的代表，就写封信给南大。

Issue 4:

NUFF和NUAA的website的问题

Summary of Discussion:

-       NUFF同意sponsor这个网站，支付相关费用，但是网站的管理问题等以后NUAA管理层完善了再议。

-       NUFF和NUAA网站要连起来，NUAA上要有NUFF的入口，现在连入的还是旧的NUF网站。

Local校友会活动募款问题讨论

Summary of Discussion:

-       Local校友会活动募款可以通过向基金会General Fund捐款然后再向基金会申请这种方式来进行。

-       基金会会保留一定的比例（比如15%）用作基金会的日常运行，然后向符合标准的local校友会拨款，标准可以设为：General Fund有这个基金，申请的校友会在前面的一年或者两年里头对基金会做过贡献。

-       具体操作细节可以和有需要的校友会再讨论
